Liberty Kidz founders Randy & DeAr Jeffers

Founders – Passion

Randy and De Ar Jeffers are on a mission to use their time, talent and resources to help children. Randy Jeffers is the President of a for-profit company that provides hard-working people with an opportunity to take charge of their lives, reach their full potential and liberate them from debt. He believes that with the right opportunity, anyone can become successful and accomplish their dreams. He wanted to build a company that would bond and unify people as they pursue their livelihood and through Liberty Kidz International, give them an opportunity to give back as they acquire wealth.

Randy is the kind of person who pictures for others a special future, the kind of person who believes in others and gives them a positive vision to step into and be surrounded with hope. He has taken that kind of leadership from the for-profit arena and is now applying it to help the children of the world by founding, with his wife, this not-for-profit organization. Liberty Kidz International, Inc is a public charity exempt from federal income tax as an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All contributions to Liberty Kidz International, Inc are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Randy and DeAr are excited about seeing how God will use them to meet the needs of homeless children, throughout the world. The need is great but Randy and DeAr believe that if all of us work together, the synergy that develops can accomplish great things. Together, we truly can “Make a Difference” in the lives of these children.

Vision – Purpose

Our Vision is to empower a child to be all that he or she is created to be, by providing homes, help and hope for discouraged, displaced and distressed children of the world.

Core Values – Process

Servant’s Heart: We believe in servant-leadership, each of us serving a Power greater than we and each person on the team serving each other. We believe that children in our care will grow into productive members of their society as each learns to serve the needs of others.

Family: We believe that it is in the nurturing of a healthy family that the human soul is fed. We will feed the souls of our children with a new family experience by providing homeless children a family, including an extended family comprised of volunteers who choose to provide help and hope.

Passion: We value a spirit of thinking differently, of living life fully and embracing change. We believe that passion fuels purpose.

Collaboration: We believe that we can best serve the needs of children by developing a culture built upon working together to solve problems. Collaborating is more than a business style – it is a state of mind and a way of being.

Integrity: We believe that personal integrity impacts organizational integrity and being people of integrity will best serve our charity’s purpose, our mission and our fund-raising.

Mission – Plan

We exist to provide HOMES, HELP, HOPE for children in need. We will do this by breaking the cycle of poverty and ignorance by not only providing physical structures (“orphanages”), education and home environments for these children, but also by developing a means for privileged people to donate their time, talent and resources in the fulfillment of our mission.

We began in the country of Thailand by renting a traditional Thai house to provide a home for our original eight children and staff members. This could only make a small dent in the problem; but it was a start. It wasn’t long before we outgrew these quarters, so the Liberty Kidz and staff moved to our existing location, joining 28 other children. You can read about this by visiting the Liberty Kidz Thailand Orphanage page.

Today, not only is the Liberty Kidz Thailand Orphanage thriving and growing but we are expanding throughout the world. It’s all about the Kidz! Please, help us make a difference in the lives of these precious children!
